Are you interested in learning a technique which can help you deal with stress, feel more relaxed and get to know how your own mind works? 

Mrs Emmett is a qualified Mindfulness teacher and has run courses for school and staff in the past. Although there are no courses running at the minute, she is happy to answer any questions or recommend resources to students..
